The Challenge: When Samsung announced that they were discontinuing their video on demand service, MediaHub, they sent their users to the M-GO service. As a featured app on their smart TVs, we wanted to make this service transition as seamless as possible.
Role and Process: I wanted to educate the Samsung customers about the M-GO brand and convey to them that we are a trusted company and not some random service they were being forced to use! Using the brand guidelines, I illustrated the transition in the main hero area and also highlighted key benefits of joining our service.
