The Challenge: The newsletter template was a bit outdated and didn’t have a cohesive brand experience with the suite of M-GO products.
Role and Process: I wanted to make the newsletter have a more cohesive brand experience that was in line with the web counterpart. I redesigned the email so that all of the outward facing marketing campaigns were in line with our brand guidelines. I created a templated format to that was easier to scan on mobile devices.
Outcome: With the new layout in place, the revenue generated by email sends increased by $3k in the following weeks.
